You approve. We do the rest.
A written report every Monday so the facts are on paper, and a call every week so the decisions get made out loud. Between those two, the work is ours.
The rhythm every account runs on
- What movedRead off the numbers
- What we changedAnd why
- What comes nextThe test queue
The rest is ours.
From your first note to a running account.
Every step is ours except the first one and the approvals. That is the arrangement.
- 01Day 0
You send one short note
The brand, the channels you run and roughly what you spend.
- 02Within two working days
You get a written audit, free
What we would change first, what we think it is worth and what it would cost, read off the ads, store and feed that anyone can see.
- 03Week 1
We audit and fix the measurement
Accounts, feed, tracking and site, read end to end and written up.
- 04Weeks 2 and 3
We rebuild
Structure, feed, creative direction and the site work, in the order the audit says matters most for your account rather than in a standard sequence.
- 05Week 4
The rhythm starts
First Monday report, first weekly call, and a test queue filled with things actually worth learning.
- Every week after
We run it, you read it, we talk
The report lands Monday morning.
The store banked the rest. Organic, email, repeat and referral, measured from 1 December 2025 to 22 March 2026.
Explore is the line worth arguing about: 644 euro spent at 3.90x.
18 to 24 returned 4.14x, the best of any group.
This week
- Give Explore its own ad set.
- Turn Facebook Reels off. 201 euro at 1.43x.
- Two new statics on the announcement angle.
- Push the accessories into the top product set.
What we need from you
Stock confirmation on the two accessory lines before we put budget behind them.
A report on Monday. A call the same week.
The report puts the facts on paper. The call is where the decisions get made out loud. The one beside this is a real week from a brand we owned, and the full report is on the report page.
Every Monday, in writing
- What the numbers did, by channel, against the period before.
- What we changed in the account last week and why.
- What we are testing next and what would make it a win.
- Anything worth deciding, with our recommendation already attached.
Every week, on a call
- Thirty minutes, same slot, with the report already read on both sides.
- Decisions get made in the call rather than queued for a month.
- Anything you want tried goes straight into the test queue.
- What comes out of it is written up, so nothing lives only in someone’s memory.
Reporting that explains results instead of naming decisions is the first sign an agency has stopped running the account, which is why the lists above are written the way they are.
Who does what, written down before we start.
Your side is short on purpose. The one thing we cannot work without is your real margin, because a return target set without it is a made up number. What a good ROAS actually is starts there.

A fixed fee, or a commission on the growth.
Every service is priced on its own, against what the business needs from it rather than a rate card. We say which model fits once we have read the account, and the number is agreed in writing before anything starts.
A fixed monthly fee
One amount, agreed before anything starts and unchanged when a month turns out heavier than the last one.
- Set by what the business needs, never by the hour
- No percentage of your media budget on top
- Reviewed once a quarter, never mid-month
A commission on the growth
Most of the fixed fee comes off and we take a share of what the work adds, measured against the same month a year earlier.
- Read from your own numbers, not from what a platform claims
- Capped, so a very good month never becomes a penalty
- You keep the accounts either way, permanently
- OnboardingOne time
- Weekly reportIncluded
- Weekly callIncluded
- More than one serviceComes down
- Percentage of spendNever
A one time onboarding fee covers the audit, the measurement work and the rebuild, and the fee never rises just because your spend did. Why we never take a percentage of spend is in the note on what a marketing agency costs, and the four other questions worth putting to any agency are in a note on choosing one.
See what it would costThe arrangement, answered before you have to ask.
What is in the Monday report?
Spend, revenue and return for the week, what changed in the accounts, what that change did, and what happens next. A real one, from an account we owned outright, is published in full on the report page.
Fixed fee or commission, which one applies?
Either. A fixed monthly fee is predictable and suits an account that already has volume. A commission on the growth ties what we earn to what we add. What we never take is a percentage of your ad spend.
What do you need from me to start?
The brand, the channels you run and roughly what you spend. That is the whole ask, and it is the largest single piece of work we will ever put on your desk.
Do I have to be on a call every week?
The call is offered every week, not required. Everything that matters is written down first, so if you would rather only read the Monday report, the account runs exactly the same way.
How long before anything actually changes?
Week one is the audit and the measurement, because nothing gets optimised while the numbers cannot be trusted. Weeks two and three are the rebuild. Week four is the first Monday report and the first full week of the rhythm.
What happens if we stop?
You keep everything. The accounts, the pixels, the feeds, the audit documents and the store work were all built in your name, so ending the arrangement is a matter of removing our access.
Ready to see what this looks like for your account?
Tell us the brand, the channels and roughly what you spend. We come back in writing with what we would do first, and what it would cost on either model.
Or write to hello@roasdept.com
Pick what matters and the audit is written around it.
